I discuss how we can get trapped in the ‘healing hole’ - loops of healing and the chaos of ‘feeling our emotions’ - when sometimes it’s not completely necessary, and we’re actually keeping ourselves there longer than we need to.
I offer some practical ways to discern when it’s ready to make a conscious choice to shift your energy and how to use your sexual energy to alter your state of being into bliss, joy and pleasure.
