Apart from helping her clients buy & sell their homes, she has also been able to teach zumba, appeared in music videos & loves art. "Liza Chavez is a dynamic individual with a diverse journey that spans continents and fields. Born in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, Liza's passion for wellness and movement led her to become a certified nutrition and fitness expert. Her zest for life ignited her career as a Zumba instructor in 2006, captivating countless participants with her infectious energy.

In 2008, Liza's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own dance studio, where she nurtured a community of dance enthusiasts until 2010. Seeking growth and excellence, she ventured to Miami, Florida, to refine her skills and explore her creative side through acting classes. However, her journey took her to Los Angeles, where she faced the challenges of the Hollywood industry, ultimately leading her to question its norms.

Amidst the pandemic's upheaval, Liza returned to her roots in McAllen, Texas. With an unwavering commitment to helping others, she embarked on a new path, obtaining her Texas real estate license. Combining her passion for dance with her dedication to assisting others, Liza envisions a unique mission: to not only teach people how to dance but also guide them in finding their dream homes.
