September is close enough to Christmas for Sher, apparently. That’s why, in this week’s episode, you'll find Christmas carols and holiday advice. Cydni shares insightful advice from author Rhonda Byrne, reminding us that while you can’t be 100% positive all the time, you can strive to be at least 51% positive. This was especially helpful, as she started the episode feeling quite negative about joy. We learn that joy is different from simply having a good time; joy is lasting and eternal.
