In this episode Dentists, Puns, & Money, we talk with Dr. Travis Campbell, otherwise known as "The Dental Insurance Guy."
Dr. Campbell's early years as an owner dentist were plagued by frustration in dealing with dental insurance companies. Further, he had a hard time finding good resources on improving the dental claims submission process.
So he poured himself into understanding dental insurance, and how to receive higher collections in a less time-consuming manner.
Dr. Campbell took what he learned and wrote Understanding Dental Insurance, a textbook to help other dentists and their staffs improve the profitability of their practices without doing more dentistry.
His mission is to help dentists increase their collection rates by gaining a better understanding of the dental insurance industry.
