Today we're chatting about how you can be more consistent in your content, showing up and in your business in general when you have ADHD.

Because fun fact, when you have ADHD, not only, are you more likely to suffer from burn out but you also have a very hard time waiting for things which means if you do traditional methods like batching out all of your content, you might find yourself posting three times a day when it was supposed to last you for an entire month. Plus, we can get really bored with parts of the content creation process and even get sad when things are finished we're gonna tackle all that in the six minute episode.
