Ouija boards are one of the most recognisable pieces of paranormal history, and they stir up some STRONG feelings in people.

Both from avid believers that it is a direct portal to satan himself, right through to people who are adamant it’s just Gary across the table moving the planchette.

But how did Ouija boards come about, and why are they now seen by some as evil?
