الاعتقادات ليست أنت، بل هي مجرد نمط للتفكير قد نكون قد اعتادنا عليه. هي تصورات وقناعات تحكم حياتنا، وتشكل نمطًا للتفكير والتصرف. قد يكون لدينا اعتقادات إيجابية تعزز صحتنا العقلية وتساهم في تحقيق النجاح والسعادة. وقد تكون اعتقادات سلبية وتقيد إمكاناتنا وتحد من تحقيق أهدافنا يلكن مكننا أن نحاول تحدي الاعتقادات السلبية بأن نفصل المشاعر عن أية أحداث خارجية ،من ثم نقوم بتحويلها إلى اعتقادات إيجابية تدعم تحقيق أهدافنا وتعزز صحتنا العقلية...
