In deze vijfde aflevering van seizoen 2 is Rik van der Horst te gast. Hij is scoutings coordinator bij FC Utrecht. Hier is hij momenteel verantwoordelijk voor de scouting van jeugdspelers t/m 12 jaar. Rik heeft jarenlang ervaring opgedaan binnen het voetbal als trainer, hij heeft zich gespecialiseerd op het gebied van talent identificatie en high performance, dit deed hij onder anderen in Barcelona.
