On Friday we had the pleasure of sitting down for our brand new show, "The Future World Of Work". On the 1st episode we sat down with Managing Director of Frontera, Stephen Asbury, who shared this insight with us. "The fundamentals of people management will still be key in the Future World of Work. People will still be people, even with human/machine collaboration. Empathy is just one of the skills that machines will be unable to replicate fully - as humans will need to trust that they are talking to a human who can empathise with them."
