Most of the tasks that you procrastinate on aren’t difficult to do. You just avoid starting them because your brain makes them seem so. So what you want to do is break that big habit down into small 2-minute versions of it. Your goals obviously can’t be completed in 2 minutes, but every habit can be started within that time. And once you start doing something, it’s much easier to continue with it.
