Have you ever wanted to do something for yourself, but felt guilty about it? Why is that? When we are women who do so much for others and we keep ourselves so busy, we tend to feel guilty when we want to take some time off to do nothing or even to do something as simple as rest.

In today's episode we are covering why that is the case and we will discuss some ways to start overcoming that feeling of guilt because as you start to grow your business, you will still need to take time away from the grind to hear from God, to rejuvenate yourself, and to just rest.
