Brian Ray turns the tables and interviews Katrina Eileen in this video

I made my first million in real estate when I was 33 years old, I didn't believe it was possible to even be a homeowner. After growing up in 20 different homes, I've spent my life learning the game of real estate entrepreneurship to have the freedom to parent and guide my own schedule and to express my purpose in the world. What is your purpose? How do you put that purpose behind what you do for money? I believe you were meant to make an impact. My real estate company was built around my purpose of having people discover what they're truly capable of. I'm Katrina, Eileen, and this is my podcast for profit for purpose.

Brian Ray:Welcome. If you joined us for the first time, this is our second time in the last five minutes, jumping on, we had some technical difficulties. It is mercury retrograde, and we're back. And if you don't know, this is Katrina show what's that?

Katrina Eileen:Yeah,Brian Ray:It is informed by my wife and I'm taking over Katrina's show because the tables need to turn and they need to turn because we need to find out why are you doing all this stuff? Katrina, why are you doing the nonprofit? Why are you doing the brokerage? Why are you doing all the multitude of things? What you're doing, we want to find out what's driving the madness. That is Katrina, Eileen.

Brian Ray:And I have to tell you it is massive. Yes,

Brian Ray:I know it is. And it's full of love and generosity. And I can't believe you can do it. I can't believe any human can do it. So I'm excited to be able to probe with some deep questions. So if you ever wanted to know about Katrina or why you should do business with Katrina or why you should want to be part of the Katrina Eileen brokerage, or if you're just curious and you're like, you know what, I want to talk to two awesome human beings. You're in the right space. And then you can hear my daughter the eight month old in the background. So we're in good company. Are we not? How are you doing Katrina? Say hi.

anny Ray:All right. Fabulous. Well, let's just jump into it. Give us your story in five minutes or less.Katrina Eileen:Say that again. What am I about? Give us your story. Give me a story. Well, like Brian, that's in five minutes or less. I can do it even quicker. Let's see. So I I'm a mother of five. I am a real estate developer. I am a real estate broker. I'm an investor. I believe in people, I think I want to play the game at a high level and the only way you can do that is with other people who also play the game at a high level. And I like to be challenged. I like being around people who like to be challenged, so that's what we do.

Ranny Ray:And if you had to sum up your life into, or three words, what would you say that is?Katrina Eileen:One or three words. Never quit. Brian Ray:Okay. Good. All right. And where'd you come from? Did you grow up here? Like, what was your beginning? Like?

Brian Ray:Yeah, I was born in a barn, well, almost born in a barn. My grandpa has a farm up in Skagit County in Mount Vernon and I think we were living, we moved a lot. But looking back, I think we were just living in a little single wide on my grandpa's farm when I was born in the right next to the big, huge acre garden

Brian Ray:Born in a barn. So you're good at leaving doors open as well, huh? That's right.

Katrina Eileen:That's right. People say, where were you born in a barn? Yep.

Brian Ray:Yes, I was actually okay. So so you grew up in Mount Vernon.
