Let's hear it for New York Democrat Leadership, especially their lovely governor and their state legislators, who apparently took the same online course in leadership that President Jumpin Joe Magoo and Fancy Proposie did.
It's a constant battle between NY and California, as to which state wins the race, every year, for the treasured title of most idiotic law(s).
It appears that with the latest entry in the legal fight for control of people's lives, NY seems to have taken the trophy at the last minute.
This time NY'ers have the joy of being the first state to basically ban toy guns as we currently know them, in regards to their appearance.
