Welcome to episode 12 of 12 in this series. We are now caught up in real time of our journey. We talked about the horror stories of our first 56 unit multi-family purchase. Even in the face of the extraordinary challenges we traversed in that deal we were still able to see the profound benefits of investing in multi-family. In short, we fell in love with it. The economies of scale just make sense and we can clearly see it is a way to create legacy wealth for us and for the investors that partner with us.
