How to foster and use our assumptions? How to make them explicit and where can we find them? How are they linked to our narratives? In this episode you will listen to some concrete examples and potential options how to work on and use our assumptions, and to change our narratives. Certain concepts will be mentioned, such as non-violent communication, as these are tools that can sensitize us for our assumptions. Recommendations for reading material but also for a general individual reflection are discussed. Probably you know already about many aspects, but as certain processes become habits and routines, it is probably good to remind ourselves and start being more conscious about different steps and actions.
