If you have a critical block then you know what it feels like to have a little devil on your shoulder telling you that you “can’t.”
Can’t do it.
Can’t build a team.
Can’t run a sustainable business.
This critical block makes you want to run and hide. Once I decided that I wanted to run a business teaching leadership, it took me three years to actually leave my corporate job and start the thing. Three years!
