Her son Hudson was born with a rare genetic syndrome called Koolen-de Vries. Kaci shares their journey which led to founding Stone Wall Meadows, TN which provides belonging, growth and job to individuals with special needs and disabilities and their families. Find her @stonewallmeadows
KdVS is characterized by congenital malformations, developmental delay / intellectual disability, neonatal/childhood hypotonia, epilepsy, dysmorphisms, and behavioral features. Psychomotor developmental delay is noted in all individuals from an early age. NIH.gov
