Welcome to the Group Home Riches podcast, where we showcase the stories of successful group home owners who have transformed their passion into profitable businesses. Today, we're thrilled to have Elizabeth from Jacksonville on the show, who started her journey in the home health care industry and discovered a pressing need for affordable shared housing.

In this episode, Elizabeth reveals her journey and the hurdles she faced along the way. She dives deep into the benefits of shared housing, how it benefits both the home owners and residents, and why it's a growing need in our communities.

Elizabeth shares how she used her insider knowledge from our Gold Course to take action and create a thriving business. With the help of our coaching program, Elizabeth learned the marketing concepts and legal strategies to deal with code compliance and open her first property.

We preach all the time about the Federal Laws protecting this type of housing. Jacksonville's code compliance department tried to ignore these and Elizabeth was able to use our content from the Gold Course legal section to thwart there efforts!

This is just one of the MANY issues tackled on today's episode so break out the pen and notepad!

If you're looking to start your own group home, you won't want to miss this episode. Elizabeth shares valuable insights on what it takes to be a successful group home owner and how you too can make a difference in the lives of those in your community.
