Janki Cahyadi is the President Director of PT. Multifortuna Sinardelta, an Indonesian-based distribution company of premium consumer and professional products that include chinaware, glassware, small appliances and kitchen related equipments. The company currently distribute brands like Royal Albert England, Wedgwood, Zwiesel Glass, Swilling, Staub, Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Ateliware, among many others.

Prior to his career at Multifortuna, Janki founded the Fourth Monkey, a crowd funding platform for musicians, as well as being the business manager for a blues band Ginda and the White Flowers.

In this episode, we talked about living the daily executions of the company's mission: Making Life Worth Living. We discussed the evolution of the company since 1991, digitalization of distribution business and how being a musician and a producer affect his decision making in business.

Janki holds the Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Economics at Sydney University, followed by Master Degree of Music Business at Berklee College of Music. He also actively teaches music at Yayasan Bina Matahari Bangsa, a non-profit organization that engage to help under-privileged children from human trafficking, child-abuse and child-exploitation that arise in the environment of street life.
