The title of this episode is very self-explanatory. The point is to give some practical tips that have helped us to make our phones less of a distraction and more of a helpful tool. Our phones have many great capabilities, but they can also be very harmful. As Christians, we need to evaluate our phone usage and seek to maximize what is good (what glorifies God and promotes our spiritual health) and minimize what is harmful.
