No wonder I've been sooooo nervous to get behind the mic with a guest. No better way to shake my nerves than to invite my sister to be my first guest as a solo podcaster. Let me just say this episode gets super into the back story. Today's episode is packed with transparency as she shares about self-image, self-esteem, and anxiety attacks in her adolescent years. My sister is pretty private about her experiences and I was honestly surprised how open she was about it all.
