Scripture says in Hebrews 10:36 “For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.” For many of us, the purpose behind this endurance could be aimed at drawing us nearer to God, to learn to rely on God’s power instead of our own, to believe in His promises for our lives, and even to prepare ourselves or to allow time for God to prepare others for our next step. Whatever it may be, there is a purpose behind the wait. When God has you in the waiting room, trust that He has a purpose! Here’s an encouragement for you today on the purpose in your wait.
