This week I am joined by Akos, and we speak about having a co-dependent mother from the age of 5. We also discuss the cultural clashes of being a Ghanaian American and how that impacted her upbringing. Finally, we speak about her queerness and how it clashed with her African-ness, her mother's reaction to it and her eventual support of identity.
