Welcome to the November edition of The Hot Property Report, this month we've experienced a slightly unpredictable market. We attended the Park Hill Family Fun Day at Glenvale which was a raving success whilst our open homes have been quiet. Property Management is performing fantastically with only one vacant property. Commercial leasing is still strong, however the Queensland election will see enquiry die off for a little while.
