Ashley is very passionate about personal growth and mindset through which she has led various presentations, coached leadership trainings and written a #1 best selling book: Magnetic Confidence: Attract the Results, Relationships and Life You Want.
"I have a very strict rule that I will not look at my phone. Which was really hard for me in the beginning when I made that rule, because so instinctively I would reach for it. You know, it's right next to you. It's typically your alarm if you do set alarms in the morning. You want to reach over, and then of course, when you turn off the alarm, you'll see some notifications. It's so easy to get sucked into that."
