In Todays Episode , I navigate through the process of finding myself with you all. I wanted to share my experiences with the listeners because I feel it’s important for you all to be connected with me in every way. Life has been so up and down, and it’s been difficult to continue a podcast. I didn’t know how to continue to go on. I wanted to begin conversation on the expectations that I have for myself.
