Did you know your voice is a muscle and it needs a workout too? In this episode, I’m addressing the topic of vocal resilience. That’s a voice that doesn’t fatigue, is adaptable and flexible and can stay strong through all situations. Your voice isn't just a tool; it's a muscle that can be trained to be stronger, more flexible, and agile.

Why would you need this? Think about a time when you have lost your voice, or been on stage and felt your voice didn’t come out the way you wanted it to. When you raise your voice, or sing along to your favourite song on the radio…does your voice get tired and sore? Getting to know your voice, how it works and how to use it so it stays strong, healthy and adaptable will give you an edge of others, especially when speaking from stage, virtually, or running lengthy training seminars.

In this episode, I explore your instrument, that's your voice, and tap into vocal exercises, warm-ups, and recovery methods that pros use to keep their voices in top shape.

What makes a resilient voice, and how can you get one?

Get ready to uncover the practical side of vocal mastery that might surprise you. Tune in now and let's get to know your voice better.
