Ever wondered how visually impaired football fans keep up with their love for the game? We are thrilled to introduce our next guests Omar Salem and David Deneher, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively of Field of Vision. An idea that started in the bedroom during the COVID lockdown has now burst into a life-changing product for visually impaired football fans. Field of Vision is a cohort of the Qatar Sports Tech accelerator program. The team is focused on employing artificial intelligence to translate the live action of a football match onto a touch-based handheld device, so users can feel every shot, pass, and tackle themselves rather than just listen to the commentary.
