With an impressive background in managing digital marketing budgets and data science teams at Airbnb, he's seen it all. Michael emphasizes that staying in tune with the ever-changing interest rate environment is crucial. Michael is one of the co-founders of HomeRoom, a home-sharing app that connects users to roommates, social opportunities, and a host of tech-enabled property management tools. Mike previously led marketing and data science teams at Airbnb, managing between $50-100M in annual digital marketing spend. After the pandemic led to Airbnb shutting down its marketing team in early 2020, Mike quickly realized that he could make much more money and found himself at HomeRoom. As CMO, he has helped the early-stage company secure $500,000 in funding, growing from 20 to hundreds of rental properties.

That is part of what Michael shares with Fuquan today. According to him, investing in real estate is not just about four walls and a roof strategy but the adaptability and the ability to harmonize with different market fluctuations.
