I had a stroke and had no help with my recovery. Here is what I have learned on my own.
Teach yourself repetitive motion.
Play brain games.
Tell yourself - YOU CAN DO IT!!
Will you ever be 100% back to normal? I doubt it, but you can be the best you can be with a little work.
I hope this can help someone or a caregiver.
