Am 29. April war der Tag der Tage. Mitglieder und Sponsoren fieberten auf dem KIT Campus dem Rollout der „Formula Student“ entgegen. KA-Raceing hatte geladen und gut 200 Vertreter aus Industrie und Forschung sowie ein gutes Tausend Motorrennsport-Aficionados erlebten im Audimax des KIT die Präsentation zweier brandneuer Boliden. Die Spannung stieg, bis endlich die Wände der Holzkisten auf der Bühne fielen und den Blick auf die beiden Rennwagen KIT15c und KIT15e freigaben. Am 9. Juli geht es in Silverstone zum ersten Mal auf den Rennparcours. Radio KIT Sportreporter Frank Winkler berichtet.
