Flipping the Chip on Mary Foley
Manage episode 331255585 series 3342754
My gals pals who helped me kick off the podcast with the first three episodes are turning the mic on me. They have known me and my journey to launch this podcast for several years now. And they wanted to interview ME about how it happened and why I’m doing this thing about nail color when I’m a tomboy at heart and have an engineering degree. I agreed and here we are. I’m not even sure all they are going to ask me, so it’s a good thing I’ve got naked nails today and am just baring it all by being my authentic self. But, hey, I trust these gals and know we’re gonna have fun.
In episode one, I talked with Kim Eley, founder, and CEO of KWE Publishing. She is a publisher and book writing coach who specializes in personal development books with practical takeaways where people share their real-life stories and thoughtful children’s books. In episode two, gal pal Shannon Loy, the owner of The Social Ginger joined me. They specialize in strategic social media management and consulting for service-driven brands. In episode three, I spoke with Dr. Amber Tichenor Female Rivalry coach for high-performing businesswomen and the author of Behind Frenemy Lines: Rising Above Female Rivalry to Be Unstoppable Together.
In this episode we talk about:
- The inspiration behind this podcast
- Attributes of each nail color persona
- Embrace change like a fresh coat of polish
- Let action lead the way through the chips
- How to embrace fear and make it an ally
