He became a Civil Engineering Technologist, and then went to work on Major Projects for the next 25 years as a Project Coordinator, Construction Manager, Project Manager, General Manager, and Sr. Manager. Shane was used often for strategic planning and project recovery roles managing teams in Canada and the US. He is a private pilot, firearms enthusiast, Husband of 16 years, and Father of 4 children.
