Put in three good hard hours working in the yard this morning. Evening was punctuated with severe thunderstorms, but all is well.
Today was a very good day. Those are the days I look forward to, and try to save her and relish and give thanks for each and every day like today. Always good to have a sense of accomplishment, and feel as though I’ve made something just a little bit better today.
It started off as a good Monday and then quickly turned to a bad Monday but that’s OK. The evening comes. And then, tomorrow.

Taking the time to reflect on the Davis-Phinney Foundation Challenge. I “covered” 324.1 miles walking and riding my stationary bicycle, raised $1,340 to support Parkinson’s care and other venues. Shout out to supporters.
