During this fascinating conversation, Len shares his family's long history as IBMers — both his father and grandfather worked for IBM — and traces the beginning of his own career "origin story" to when he was 11 years old in 1964 with the announcement of the 360 mainframe. Len has been told by family members that he actually touched the first 360 when he went with his family to see it on IBM's family day.
