My mother and Milagros met in 1975 in elementary school in 3rd grade. My mom and her became friends. Milly defended my mother against some girls who were bullying her. This forges an unbreakable bond between two best friends. Milly and my mom would always hang out together until Milly moved away a little after 4th grade. Milly’s older sister always in trouble running away from home. Milly was forced to move away to go to another school. My mother and Milly would soon get in touch when my mother saw her longtime friend dancing on a tv station to the Menudo's. These girls were best friends for a long time until one day a monster would change the course of their lives forever. This case is inactive and still unsolved. I want this episode to come out on her birthday 1/29/2024. Happy Birthday Milagros Billini. I urge anyone to please pass this episode along. This monster needs to be caught. He had evaded justice for far too long. Her mother passed away never knowing who murdered her daughter. If you or anyone has information, please contact the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx. My mother tried to get her case on America’s Most Wanted. The spokesperson contacted my mother to tell her officers were unwilling to shed information on her case, making it impossible to bring light to her case.
