Thanks for joining me on this journey! About today’s show: Today I'm sharing a conversation I recorded with Shawn Wood. Shaun Wood is one of Australia's longest practicing Parkour Athletes. Part of the first generation of Australian Traceurs, Shaun was also the first Aussie to compete in the World Championships back in 2009 and has competed in several Red Bull Art of Motion competitions, also a founding member of Team Farang, Shaun has spent his Parkour Career traveling and creating videos all around the world. These days Shaun is based in Newcastle, Australia where he continues to train, study and teach Parkour to the next generation.
