But the reassurance I have in the non-profit space comes from founders and organizers like my guest today, Ron Toles.

OH is an organization focused on community building and engagement. With a focus in the neighborhoods of Philly, the organization has been going strong for 10 years. Consistently connecting with communities in a way that’s genuine and long-lasting.

This focus on community comes from Ron, and his experiences growing up in Northeast DC and seeing firsthand the importance of close knit bonds between community members.
