In this episode, we will be talking about the birds and the bees: who first talked to you about sex. This is a discussion that is rarely talked about, instead, it's acted out in our lives, movies, music, and on the internet. Growing up before social media, youtube, and public domains, we had conversations and interacted with more people. As of late, we as people hardly talk to each other intellectually or feel safe to confide in our parents about sex or relationships. To be honest, my mother is the only person who ever talked to me and my siblings about sex when she discerned that I was mentally mature to process this information.

Of course, no one is ever prepared to be sexually active, that is why having open dialogs with your parent is so vital for your overall development and the acceptance of your parents with allowing you to ask all of the questions necessary. I hope this podcast episode creates health conversations worth having.
