Life's storms can be fierce, but God is the source of all hope. He fills us with joy and peace, even in difficult times. Cling to His promises and find strength in hope.
Scripture: "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope." (Romans 15:13)
Action: Recall a past challenge you overcame. Write a note thanking God for His guidance and faithfulness. Reflect on the strength you gained.
Affirmation: "Hope in God gives me strength to weather any storm. He is my anchor."
