I'm Joan Ruzsa and I am your host. My guest on this episode is Steve Lukacic. Steve is a hunter, fisherman, forager, organic gardener, outfitter, guide, outdoors educator, content creator and writer.
We talk about his 25 years in the music industry, the chronic health condition that forced him to re-evaluate the way he was living, and how he healed himself in large part through eating wild foods. We also discuss ethical hunting, the satisfaction of sharing what he's learned with others and helping them re-connect with the land, and having a garden so big it requires two staircases.
