Chef Eric Wells, a Cleveland, Ohio native, found his passion for cooking early in life. Taught by his mother to blend ingredients, spices, and herbs into extraordinary dishes, he promised her before her passing in 2003 that he would turn his love for cooking into a career.
Despite facing significant challenges, including the highs of cooking for Mary J. Blige and the lows of battling suicidal thoughts and financial struggles, Chef Eric remains dedicated to his culinary journey.
