Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. With October being Breast Cancer and Domestic violence awareness month I couldn't think of a better person to sit down with and talk to about both serious subjects. On this episode, I sit down with Rhonda Logan and have a very open discussion about her being a Breast Cancer survivor and also a domestic abuse survivor as well. I've known Rhonda for a while now and hearing her story is so inspiring to me. I thought this was a story that I needed to share. Of course, we are our naturals selves, so we share a lot of laughs but the message is still very clear; Make sure you get your regular check ups. And ladies please don't ignore early red flags of an abusive mate, even if you ignored them, leave now!

With October being Breast Cancer and Domestic violence awareness month I couldn't think of a better person to sit down with and talk to about both serious subjects.
