Are you a fan of Chick-Fil-A?

Whether you love their food or not, we can all agree that as far as fast food goes, they have nailed their niche, customer interaction, company culture and guest experience. The result is them making almost double the revenue that a McDonalds makes per location, and are one of the largest family owned businesses in the United States.

Here are my five biggest take aways from this Chicken-chain that apply to EVERY business.

1. Look for Opportunities

2. Create a Superior Customer Experience

3. Give the employees (and yourself) freedom to make choices that benefit the customer and business

4. Build Your Community and Get Involved

5. Businesses Don't Succeed or Fail, People Do.
