He produced the legendary demotape that started the career of the nu-metal band Limp Bizkit. In our interview, producer Peter Thornton (Shinedown, Paramore) tells the whole story about the recordings. He also states, why he sees some developments in modern live-music-production (like autotune and playback) very critical. And yeah, he also names some bands which are using that kind of “phony stuff”.
