Ken Weinstein does so much so in this episode we focus on just a few of his projects. Ken shares the story of Jumpstart Germantown and the impact it is having on helping Philadelphians become landlords and investors in their own communities. Sheryl raises the concerns that so many landlords have about continuing to provide housing in a city that seems to be ambivalent about how it feels about owners and developers and Ken provides a refreshing dose of optimism to how things are and how Philadelphia can continue to move forward. We were honored to have Ken take time from his busy schedule and appreciate his sharing the perspective of years of experience.
