In todays episode of the Phoenix Rising Podcast I had the pleasure of chatting with Katherine Denham. Guest Bio: Katherine is living with death. She was the primary Deathcare Doula to her late partner, living with grief, love, and the choice to live life.
She enjoys homemade salads, loose-leaf teas, dancing, long walks in the forest with friends, and doing exciting things that take her out of her comfort zone. She is endlessly curious. She is a guide and teacher, sharing skills and principles of the Classical Pilates Method. In teaching, she delights in sharing deep, strong experiences with a movement practice that explores the relationship with where one is in the moment, the relationship to gravity, and the amazing potential that Pilates unlocks in everybody.
