It's the start of a new financial year, so in this episode, Shannyn and Julie decided to (SHOCK AND HORROR) mix things up by releasing Episode 23 after Episode 16. Yikes!

They thought that instead of talking through planning in theory, they would actually have a live discussion about where the podcast is going and what we want to achieve out of it over the coming six months. Julie and Shannyn revisit their overall strategy for the podcast as well as considering whether their content approach aligns with their business and personal goals.
