Welcome back to Project 20! Weāve hit the halfway point! Week 10 is done, and Iām feeling great. The initial shock to the body from the speed and strength sessions is behind me, and everything is coming together.
This week, we added some weights to my strength training, and Iāve started calling my mid-week 13-14k run a āmid run.ā The journey is progressing well, and Iām excited for the next 10 weeks as I push towards that sub-20 goal.
