Again another well known figure in the industry, is Jerry Parks, Partner and Head of Real Estate at the international law firm Taylor Wessing. Jerry has been in Dubai for over 25 years and deals mainly with high-net-worth and high profile individuals investing in the Dubai residential real estate market. Jerry specialises in high end transactional work, is also experienced in advising on structuring real estate acquisitions and also advises on succession and inheritance issues.
